Gold-D Love Letters

As rescuers, we have been asked why we rescue animals when there are “more important” things to do.

The same question is also posed to people who support rescuers. Why are they helping animals instead of humans?

Most of the people who asked such questions are not familiar with the work of animal rescuers and the challenges of community animals.

As they start to be more aware, most became supportive of rescue work and the effort of rescuers.

This observation gave us the idea to introduce “Love letters”. When people support rescue work by sponsoring food, we invite them to write a little message to the rescuers or to the animals.

The message is an encouragement and appreciation to animal rescuers and help change public attitude towards community animals!
